I’m Caitlyn, founder of Fury Sports Nutrition. I hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Exercise & Sport), with a major in Nutritional Biochemistry, and I’ve spent years working in the supplement industry helping people make better choices around their health. This isn’t just something I studied, it’s something I live every day. Training, nutrition, routine - it’s part of who I am.
But Fury didn’t start from a textbook.
I spent over 10 years dealing with chronic health issues, constantly being given advice that didn’t really help. It felt rushed, generic, and like no one was actually getting to the root of the problem. I was doing what I was told, but nothing was changing long-term.
Eventually, I stopped accepting that as the answer. I started learning for myself and understanding how nutrition and lifestyle factors actually affect us.
